You can currently purchase unlimited pins & colors from the website via the account page.

Visit the account page and click on export button near the middle of the page. You can choose to export by group as well, this will export just the pins that are currently showing on your map.

You can share your location by visiting your web brower's settings and allowing the use of location services.

These will be automatically imported into your contacts page as normal un-mapped contacts. If you add a location later, then they will show up on your map.

Groups are an easy way to show and hide sets of pins from your map. Any pin can be placed into as many groups as you'd like. If all the groups that a pin is in are hidden, that pin will not show. If you require a group, then any pin that is in that group will show on the map. Your lead stages (from the leads page) will also show up as groups so that you can see pins from each stage on your map. In addition, if you create any territories they will show up as a group that you can control here as well.

You can search for pins within a specific radius of you by visiting the nearby page. This will allow you to move around a red pin (at your current location) that will find all the pins within your desired radius. You can export from this same page as well.

Visit the territories page to start your first territory. Once you click the blue add territory button, you can then start clicking to drop pins on the map, essentially 'drawing out' the perimeter of your territory. You can use the plus/minus control at the bottom right side of the map to zoom in and out as you draw. You can make the territory as fine-grained as you want. After you are done drawing the shape by dropping pins, hit save at the top left and your territory will automatically populate with pins that fall inside of it. Next time you import pins they will automatically fall into these territories as well. To share the territory with your team, visit the team page and select the share pins button. You will now see this new territory as a group you can share with anyone you'd like.

Use the sorting dropdown to automatically sort by various metrics provided. You can even choose to see just pins that are mapped as well as pins and contacts that have notes.

Click on the blue filter button. You can then add up to 4 filters at the same time. Hit the apply button to run the query. Your filters will apply on top of your sorting selection (if you have sorted at all).

Click on the pin or contact and scroll down to where the lead stage drop down is. Select the lead stage, and the pin or contact will then appear in that stage on the leads page.

You can sign up for a team by clicking the team tab once you are logged into the web platform. After subscribing a team, you will have the ability to add anyone you like to the team. The members you invite will recieve an email to verify that they are signed up and a part of your team. You can share pins with all verified users, track their physical location thru device tracking on their phone, and see all updates that they make to your pins and their own. You can also include managers/set access rights on teams to allow some team members to share/edit/export delete pins as they please.

Pins are shared via groups. On the teams page, you can click on the share pins button to share pins with each member on your team. Any pins you add to the groups that you share will be visible by that team member. You can restrict their ability to edit the pins by clicking on the 'access rights' button on the same page.

If your team members check-in at the locations they visit, you have the ability to see their tracks of where they checked in during the day.

On a mac, just open your CSV file in the progam "TextEdit", and re-save the file making sure the file is saved in UTF-8 format. Make sure the file has a .csv file extension (if it does not, just append it on). Re-open the file in excel to make sure formatting is preserved.

To double-check this, just open your CSV file in a text editor, and re-save the file making sure the file is saved in UTF-8 format.
