We receive and collect any information you authorize to share with us, and it becomes Map My Customers account information for your use on the Site. This information is Personal Information that is processed and handled in accordance with this Policy.

      When you create an account on Map My Customers, you may create a profile (“User Profile”) that will include other Personal Information you provide. You have the ability to edit any Personal Information in your User Profile, deactivate your User Profile in your account, or request that your User Profile be deleted by sending an email to legal@mapmycustomers.me.

      Any credit card information you enter on the Site in connection with a purchase of one of our products or services is sent directly from your browser to the third-party service provider we use to manage credit card processing and we do not store it on our servers. sole purposes of credit card processing on our behalf.

      Information We Collect Passively

      Log Data

      When you use our Site and services, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website (“Log Data”).           We may also use the information we collect to conduct research on our Users’ demographics and behavior based on the information you provide us when you submit information on our site.           Choices Regarding Personal Information

          You can review and change certain portions of your Personal Information by logging into the Site and visiting your account profile page. If you are a European resident you are covered by jurisdiction outside of the United States and all changes will be fulfilled within 30 days. All changes will be fulfilled within 45 days of your request for California residents. All other users can request changes to or the deletion of all Personal Information and any associated information by submitting a request to us in writing at support@mapmycustomers.me. We will attempt to fulfill your request within 30 days.

          Map My Customers will have no liability whatsoever for any deletion of your data, unless you are a European or California site user. We will evaluate requests on a case-by- case basis, and when we delete Personal Information that we have collected from or about you, it will be deleted from our active databases but may remain in our archives. We cannot delete certain parts of your Personal Information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

          Users Within California or Outside of the United States

          Our Site is hosted in the United States and our services are provided from the United States. It is possible that certain information will be stored on servers in multiple other countries on the “cloud” or other similar distributed hosting platforms. If you are a resident of California, any country other than the United States or any country in Europe, please note that by providing your Personal Information to us, you are consenting to the transfer of your Personal Information to the United States and other jurisdictions as indicated above, and to our use and disclosure of your Personal Information in accordance with this Policy.
